    - The honeycomb used in our products is lightweight, durable, and resistant to corrosion/deformation.
    However, slight noise may occur when a load is applied.
    This is inherent to the honeycomb structure and is not indicative of a malfunction or defect.
    ※ If there is a defect in the product during opening, please check and apply for A/S with the company headquarters
    No refunds will be
    available in the
    following cases
    - expected and normal wear due to use
    - slight scratches and discoloration that does not affect the use of rooftop tent
    - if the product has been forcefully repaired and adjusted by the user
    - damage caused by user's misuse or failure in proper storage
    - discoloration due to user's abandonment
